rain man blackjack italia We generally stay here and the Atlantis when visiting Reno.
We had a nice room on the 26th floor.
While the room was clean, the bathroom has very poor lighting.
Additionally, all the mirrors in the room have a bronze tint which makes it difficult to see yourself.
The elevators for the Summit and Concierge floors are very fast.
Good job on this!
Two restaurants were under construction, and the Grand Cafe was underwhelming.
The casino is very large and the cocktail waitresses do a great job.
The rest of the staff was generally friendly, as well.
The bowling alley has 50 lanes!
All-in-all it's a nice place.
Everyone was made as hell at me for booking this place because of all the smoking smell as soon as you entered the lobby.
There is literally the smell of smoking EVERYWHERE.
It sure wasn't like this before.
I couldn't even tell if the room smelled like cigarettes or it was just in all our our noses.
They found my RSVP but said only one room vs two.
I don't know why he had to read everything.
Secondly, although i had asked for early check in for one out of two of the rooms, I couldn't u set stand why the second one wasn't ready when we basically were checking in at 3.
We waited and I had to reach down to CSR to see if it was even available.
I FEEL BAD FOR the two girls at the bar.
They were they only two were working.
We waited and waited and waited for things.
We had to walk to the bar to ask for chili pepper flakes.
The hostess was flagged down bay the helpful bartender and GET THIS.
Instead of walking it to us we were closer to the front where she wasshe walked it to the bartender across the room, for the bartender to bring to us.
Clean, fun and major amount of lanes.
Staff was awesome and kind even at the eatery there.
I haven't tried the gaming floor yet, still undetermined.
So it's a nice place with a lot of fun stuff to do for kids and families.
However, the room walls are paper thin as if you were staying at a roadside lodge or motel.
We paid extra for a suite.
Nice room and amenities, but next to us there was a family of what sounded like 12, with many kids and infants.
The family was a loud unruly mess.
First off, how many people do they allow to cram into a room?
Secondly, they kept trying to get into our suite at night,11pm, by banging on the adjoining room door.
Second, why is there an adjoining room door on a suite???
We yelled at them to shut up and to get away from the door with no results.
Meanwhile, my 10 year old daughter is under the covers crying and shaking because someone is trying to break into our room.
We called the front desk and asked for security to come and talk to them and I'm not sure they ever did as this continued for another hour.
Finally, around midnight the kids stopped screaming and crying and the parents stopped yelling.
We were set to stay another night in a regular room decided to extend stay prior to this but just got the hell out of there.
Look, I know comparatively with all the problems in the world this isn't jack squat, but when you pay for a suite a certain amount of peace and quiet is expected.
Getting no help from hotel staff on this or any offer to refund a portion of our money is flat out wrong.
The 1 Star is for the great family activities that we enjoyed with our daughter and her local cousins.
My advice is to stay elsewhere and go here to enjoy the activities they offer.
I'll never stay here again and I sure won't recommend it to anyone.
STAY AWAY FROM GSR!!
I would have given a solid 4 start rating but my recent experiences even forcing me to give negative rating!
I wish Yelp had the option for negative rating!
While the hotels seems okay, stuffs are not at all trained for hospitality!
First at Grands Cafe during Lunch and then at Grand bar for few drinks.
I visited the Grand Cafe for lunch with my family of 3 and I had to wait for 45 min as opposed to 15 min I was told when I checked in!
Girls were not warm at all!
When I asked the reason for delay, they told me that the kitchen was busy while half of the tables in dining area was empty!
What a lame excuse!!
This is ABC of hotel management.
I will stay away from this place and encourage my friends not to visit.
Had the same experience in Grand bar in front of the Starbucks!
Asked for a single malt and needed to wait for 20 min before even some came and asked!
The bartender Matt was horrible.
He was rude, cold, unresponsive and not fit for the job!
Overall I will tell my friends and fellow reviewers to not visit this place simply because of poor service, rude staffs and inflated price!
DOES NOT WORTH IT!
I know Sofia or some business manager will say that this is not usual experience, but believe me this is the the normal and usual service free games search poker I gathered even after talking to my few friends.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!
Stayed here with a large family group for Thanksgiving, and found it to be a great time for all!
The resort offers many activities for both adults and young kids, and this helps when it's snowing and you don't plan to go outside - much!
The rooms are very spacious check this out the A Tower, and very nicely decorated.
Views are of the airport or the roofs, but beyond are mountains that hold snow and sunsets and sunrises you don't see in the Bay Area.
The rooms' elevators are accessible directly from the main casino floor, and are not far from the many other attractions.
On the same casino floor are a Starbucks, small store, coffee shop, bars and wine bars and a steak restaurant and a California Pizza Kitchen, among other offerings - the Grand Buffet is nearby as well.
Oh yeah, and a frozen alcoholic slushy bar with like a dozen flavors!
There is also a fitness center and a 50 lane bowling alley for all body exercises!
Outside, just past the Johnny Rockets and the slushy bar, are small hot tubs, arranged around fire pits, a large swim pool closed for winter and an infinity pool and jacuzzis, open except when actively snowing due to slip hazards.
There are sitting areas scattered around, many with a central fire pit for those cool mountain air nights.
And the pool area has a seasonal outdoor bar as well.
Also, look for the skating rink near the pool complex, also seasonal!
The casinos are nicely laid out and never seemed crowded even though it was Thanksgiving weekend and the place was busy in general.
Overall we experienced no issues, and everybody wore themselves out with gaming, eating, fun in the play zone, drinking, walking learn more here and hitting the infinity pool and jacuzzis - we didn't even have a chance to go bowling it was busy that night!!
The room rates were reasonable for the holiday, and I don't think we would have found too much cheaper on the Row or Sands, our usual haunts - and here, there is so much blackjack jewelry new do without worrying about travel or walking somewhere.
We did go outside to play in the snow a bit, and there's a Walmart across the street for whatever you forgot.
All in all a great experience read my food reviews separately, though!
And it's really fun to hang out with friends and relax.
Hands down the best Casino for those non-gamblers and drinkers.
They have a great buffet, a new escape room is in the works, arcade, candy store, and pool.
The pool is great sometimes we use our free stay just to use the pool access lol.
They offer cabanas, but be careful, we had some of our food items stolen by other pool-goers when we were swimming.
I wish they had safes or lockers in the cabinet.
There is also a TV which is great.
Now for the 21+ review!
I wasn't a big fan of the slot machines personal preferencebut really enjoyed the tables.
They offer free drinks for those playing and it's not just your basic alcoholic drinks.
They also offer tea.
I'm not sure about their entire menu, but just ask and they most likely have it!
I also noticed they offer complimentary point at the kiosk depending on how much you've played.
Im not sure if it's randomized.
The room was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating!
I reccomend to all my friends going to Reno!
Such a classy change from what was there before.
Lines everywhere for everything.
Owners investments are a success.
Full parking lot around almost whole perimeter of building.
Casino: lots of bars, plenty of colorful old and new machines, good slot drink service.
Hotel: got the deluxe room.
Felt like I do a couple of cartwheels in here.
The Pool: large general pool, fire pits, sand volleyball, 2nd floor adults only pool area and dj.
Restaurants: lots of independent restaurants and cafes on all the different floors Large convention rooms.
We stopped in here during our August 2019 trip.
I have been here a handful of times in the past.
It is one of the nicer hotels in Reno.
They have a bowling alley.
Not sure about a movie theatre but I think so.
Well lit and spacious casino floor.
We took a break at Starbucks and sat for an hour.
It was open until 9pm or so.
They have the usual dining options.
I may have stayed here once years ago.
Overall, one of the better casinos in Reno.
It's always great at the GSR.
Enjoyed the hot tub in the rain.
The two attendants were very polite and friendly.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Check in was easy.
Wanted a king bed but was told I had to wait two hours so I passed on that.
Have been there several times a month.
Good food but some bartenders are really not very friendly.
My friend wanted to smoke was told we were sitting on the wrong side of the bar so we had to move to the other side but neither side was marked as smoking or non-smoking.
Drinks are normal price except for top shelf which is double.
Updating as it has been 2 years since my last convention here and here I am again working this year's convention.
When my employer renewed the contract, I was disappointed but alas GSR has improved some.
First, the elevators have been fixed and no longer take life blackjack />There were no hiccups or garish stories of service gone wrong.
Cocktail waitresses are better than most.
Very friendly and returned within a reasonable amount of time.
There are lots of options here for those who have families or do not gamble.
But here are some things albeit maybe a little nit-picky on why they still don't get 5 stars.
Wish the rooms had some sort of vanity or at least a mirror where the desk is.
Had a tough time with my beauty routine standing.
Hallway to rooms is FREEZING.
There must've been a shortage of washcloths because I had none when I checked in and neither did two of my co-workers.
Can't stream video for a length of time.
Our computers went down during our registration event which caused some delays.
Casino toilets are dirty.
I see attendants in there all the time but they spend an enormous time ONLY cleaning the sinks and countertops.
I worked the floor 8 hours a day and visited these restrooms regularly and saw the same trashed toilets at 8am that stayed trashed until late afternoon.
Valet gave terrible service.
He did not open our doors or offer help with out luggage.
blackjack 6 deck took off as soon as he got his tip money.
I have Never seen such a thing.
I am mostly bothered because I NEVER have them clean my room during my 4 night say.
I leave money on my check out day only for the ONE time they will clean it.
Gratuity should always be optional based on service.
My first experience was not that great, but second time was very enjoyable.
I give a shout out to Janine the manager she was a pleasure to work with in getting us a great room.
We were on the 27th floor with a outstanding view to the north of the beautiful mountains.
Our room was very nice and quiet.
The king poker chips 3d model bed was very comfortable and I would stay in that room again 2758.
There were no loud kids running up and down the halls and the rooms were pretty clean with great views.
The pools get busy so get out there early to get a good place to relax for the morning.
The pool bar was outstanding customer service and areas were clean.
I love the adult pool and cabana areas that you can rent.
The casinos are not that smokey and we were not big winners this trip.
The Crystal Bar was very relaxing and the evening shift girls were super friendly and had exceptional attitudes.
The drinks were delicious and a little pricey, but the lounge is beautiful.
I did not give 5 stars because we did not have a shower bath mat so when you stepped out onto marble floors the shower had a leak that made the floor extremely slippy with water that we had to mop up after showering with the towels.
No problem however, they said they will fix it before the next guest and just a little note the inside window had greasy hand prints all over it, but I just got a towel and wiped them off so we could enjoy the view.
Looking forward to my next GSR visit.
This resort is amazing!
Came for the weekend and the rooms are so spacious!
The downstairs entertainment area was my favorite lol my 16 month old was having the time of her life!
I will gladly always stay here and definitely bring my family and friends along We also really loved the Buffett!
Staff was super sweet!
I do wish the fridge was colder, I felt like my daughters milk wasn't as cold.
We had a family Nextdoor and boy were they loud!
This review is for their hotel.
So I'm going to have to compare it to other casino resort hotels.
The lobby and main check in desk isn't hard to find.
Plus the walk from the lobby to the elevators isn't far from useful blackjack casino top 3 side bet remarkable check in desk either.
The rooms are very nice actually.
I remember a couch where I sat at, drank my booze and played my phone games on.
There's giant mirror by the bed, that's if you want to stare at yourself when you wake up in the morning.
Make sure you don't have eye turds The bathroom is pretty nice, but I would've loved a tub for soaking.
But the best part of my stay was the WiFi.
They had some super high speed stuff which rain man blackjack italia perfect for my MOBA gaming experience.
I would totally stay here again if given the chance.
Thank you so much for reading my review.
I hope this helps with your decision making experience.
Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!
Looking forward to our next visit.
Stayed over at GSR to extend my vacation and make a pitstop before I head over to Los Angeles.
This is the second time i've personally stayed at the GSR.
While walking around I just have to think to myself, this place just does it right.
All the amenities around you, whoever you are.
If you're a teenager, a child, a young adult, an older adult, this really is a resort.
Most hotels in Reno have the casino as their main go to.
With the bowling alley, the cinema, break through, arcade, spa, pool, fitness center, tons of food choices, you cannot go wrong here.
I look forward to two things - the casino and the bowling.
I wasn't disappointed with either.
Their machines have an abundant of choice, not too stiff.
As well as their tables are a bunch to choose from, but the only thing I'm looking for is roulette!
The dealers are friendly and don't make it awkward if it's just you at the table by yourself.
The bowling alley was a nice break from spending losing my money at the casino.
Spent a few hours goofing around and bowling.
I just had to update and realize that 4 stars I left previously, did this no justice.
I booked GSR during our week-long stay in Reno because I know they have done some major renovations and wanted to check it out.
I also liked that they are right in the center of Reno, whether we would be heading South Reno or towards downtown, the travel time is perfect.
Our stay was going just as expected but on our 2nd day here, I was stopped by 2 different GSR employees in full-on suits because I was walking around with my Service Animal.
Side note: when we checked-in, I made sure the front desk knew that we had a Service Animal with us along with showing her his registration that she clearly didn't even pay attention to.
The first employee told me that there are no dogs allowed inside, and I told him that he is a Service Dog.
He then proceeded to ask me "what kind of service dog?
Our Service Dog is an American Bulldog, Pitbull Mix.
Our Service Dog has a vest on that states this I told him I have all his registration in our hotel room so he left me alone after that.
BUT-- there was another GSR employee that was waiting for me in the elevators to basically ask me the same question.
I felt like I was your winning blackjack betting strategy necessary because my Service Dog is not the typical breed and I felt discriminated against.
If they had approached me differently, I wouldn't have taken this so hard but a little sign of respect and hospitality would have come a long way.
Long story short, we ended up checking out of there right after this incident.
I would not recommend staying at GSR for this reason.
The moment we entered the casino and sat down near the bookie area playing Dalai Lama slot machine a woman already approached and asked us if we would like beverages!
Super awesome, but once we moved just click for source of her section to the Electric roulette tables, around 9:40pm Thursday December 5th.
We had to ask the waitress for drinks in that section, she was too busy trying to flirt and get a tip from the drunk guy beside us- She brought us our drinks and just threw them down and rolled her eyes at us- like aren't you going to tip me?
My wife shakes her head NO to me as she sat across from me at roulette- the woman sighed almost in disgust that she even brought the drinks to us- She was too busy telling the drunk guy beside us where he could come and find her as she rotates sections to another which was the Shark Weeks section- We asked another waitress what her name was as we played Buffalos she wasn't sure maybe Charnay.
I don't understand why it's so incredibly hard to be professional and courteous with customers when it's your job responsibility.
Her behavior was beyond unprofessional as she was planning a meet up after work with the guy beside us- It was uncomfortable for the other guy and my wife.
Decided to try GSR for the first time.
It was nice having a Virtual assistant text me about upgrades and the price it would be.
Also liked that you can ask for pretty much anything.
Room was nice and clean.
The checkin was pretty quick.
Now for the bad part.
I was originally only staying one night but i decided what the heck ill see if i can extend one more night for my bday.
I was glad they were able to book it and told me to come back between 11 and 1 to make sure my key card works for the 2nd day.
So im out gambling pretty much all night came back to the hotel by 11 scanned my old keys so they can work on my room.
When i opened my room i noticed it was clean and all my hygiene stuff, a few clothes were gone i contacted the reservation and they said they will look into it.
In the mean time they asked me to report what all i missed to security for a report.
I came back to security and nothing.
I was pretty upset all the things were just bought and the housekeeping just threw it away rain man blackjack italia to them.
I never recieved anything from GSR about my incident.
I definitely wont be coming back.
NO LOCAL DISCOUNT OFFERED.
But hey the husband really wanted to stay here for his birthday so I wasn't going to argue.
I do like the fact this place has a good variety of places to eat, which is nice even though you are going to pay a pretty penny for it.
The Rooms are nice, pretty clean, comfy beds and pillows.
The service was good from the front desk to housekeeping.
SERIOUSLY we have to pay for freaking SHADE.
This is not VEGAS, stop trying to make Reno something its not.
The GSR is okay, but NOT THE BEST RENO HAS TO OFFER.
blackjack 12 6 oz liquid multi surface remover rooms come with flat-screen TVs.

We are very pleased you enjoy visiting us and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Lines everywhere for everything.
Owners investments are a success.
Full parking lot around click at this page whole perimeter of building.
We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back soon.
We hope to welcome you back soon.
Overall, commit high low method blackjack advise of the better casinos in Reno.
We are glad you stopped by and look forward to seeing you again soon.
It's always great at the GSR.

It's always great at the GSR.
Had a lemon drop at the Crystals Bar then went to Kip Moore's concert.
When my employer renewed the contract, I was disappointed but alas GSR has improved some.
First, the elevators have been fixed and no longer take forever.
There were no hiccups or garish stories of service gone wrong.
Our computers went down during our registration event which caused blackjack game c# delays.
He did not open click the following article doors or offer help with out luggage.
He took off as soon as he got his tip money.
I have Never seen such a thing.
I am mostly bothered because I NEVER have them clean my room during my 4 night say.
I leave money on my check out day only for the ONE time they will clean it.
Gratuity should always be optional based on service.
Well I was right, it was a dreaded stay and they lost a star.
I stayed here for five nights for convention.
I checked in at 10:30 p.
It was super busy and management was busy with angry customers.
I was tired and just wanted to get to my room.
We had booked months in advance so I was shocked to hear her tell me that there was not a room for me but a manager would have to try to find one???
I open my room to find it occupied with a man showering.
Had to Trek back to the front desk so they could find me another room which I had to wait for.
I thought that was a nice gesture, but should not have happened at all.
As a matter of fact a few of my other coworkers had the same thing happen but got less of a comp probably because they did not walk in on someone, lol.
But it is disturbing knowing that some stranger https://n-club.info/blackjack/insurance-blackjack.html be in my room without me knowing.
The elevators are slower than slow and they have three sets of elevators dedicated to only 10 to 12 floors so it shouldn't be that slow.
I understand it during peak times but it was slow regardless the time of day.
It was an average 5 min wait for one to appear and seemed like an eternity to arrive at your floor.
I always had to account for this delay when needing to be somewhere.
The "free WiFi" was absolutely pointless.
I was able to log on on day one with my tablet but never again after that.
Then my phone would pick it up for a very brief.
And then drop it so I ended up just turning off the WiFi on my phone otherwise I could not use it.
I got the newly remodeled Summit Room and while it is nicer than the basic still has issues.
My friends bathroom sink had a constant flow.
Not a drip but an actual flow that would not stop.
There is no vanity anywhere.
The lighting is super dim and yellow so it was difficult to properly put on makeup.
The iron they left is completely trashed but yet found it suitable for their customers.
Fitness center is SO small that I could not get on one of the 4 treadmills because they were always taken and it was crowded.
Did not feel comfortable to work out in.
Dirty towels were left all over the place too.
No employee is in there maintaining the area either.
Gaming is still not good.
The digital interface for slot play was bad on several.
I'd hit the 1 and a 4 would appear.
Their poker room is a joke.
Only one no limit game with an enthused disengaged staff.
When I asked for a game the guy was more interested in watching sports on the television than helping me.
We occupied almost the entire convention area.
Our areas were not cleaned each day.
I had trash still sitting there from day one that eventually piled up and started to smell from the food remnants.
Lastly, they were clearing a parking lot to prepare for Hot August Nights I assume.
To let people know, they put fliers on their cars.
We are WORKING the convention so many of us arrived on Sunday and never left the casino.
They towed many of my coworkers cars without informing them.
Luckily they were just moved to an alternate lot but imagine the dismay when you have no idea where!
An announcement or communication through the event coordinators would have helped.
We had close to 2000 people attend this event.
Food across the board was sub-par.
I never went to the buffet because everyone said it was so awful they would never return.
You can see my individual reviews on the other eateries I visited.
The Peppermill is my home casino when coming to Reno so that is my benchmark.
I get comps for free rooms at both so I do not see myself coming back anytime soon.
This trip might've ruined it for me.
Oh such mixed emotions about this place.
I grew up nearby and remember when it was MGM with a real lion you could take pictures with.
Then Ballys and then I when I was old enough to gamble, Hilton.
Now it is Grand Sierra.
I have always liked that it was a little far off the beaten path and that the parking was vast and easy.
I am always glad that they kept the revolving doors.
I remember going through them when I was very little so I always make it a point to go through them every time I come.
We tried them out when they first changed to GS and liked them but now not so much.
The gaming floor is depleted little by rain man blackjack italia each time I come.
I find that I get bored very quickly here.
Poker room is barely alive with only one table going.
Comps are not great.
Food is a decent selection though and there is some family entertainment upstairs with the bowling alley and theater but as far as gambling goes it is lacking.
I will say waitress service is better than average.
They are plentiful and come fairly quick.
The rooms leave little to be desired.
Even stayed in the "newly remodeled" and it was still bleh.
Instead of gutting it out completely, I think they just put new linens and a coat of paint.
Still very dated with old thermostat.
Lastly, there is a distinct strong soapy odor here that hits you in the face when you walk in that it gives me a headache.
I know they do it to mask the smoke but its like spraying a ton of Febreeze or something.
Our annual convention is going to be held here this year to my dismay and I will have a stay here a whole week.
I give a shout out to Janine the manager she was a pleasure to work with in getting us a great room.
We were on the 27th floor with a outstanding view to the north of the beautiful mountains.
Our room was very nice and quiet.
The king size bed was very comfortable and I would stay in that room again 2758.
No problem however, they said they will fix it before the next guest and just a little note the inside window had greasy hand prints all over it, but I just got a towel and wiped them off so we could enjoy the read more />Looking forward to my next GSR visit.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights.
When we arrived we were given a room next to a family of 5 2 adults and 3 small children that we saw getting ready to head down to the pool.
The kids were very excited and loud and one was crying.
We decided at that point to change rooms.
We were coming to relax and enjoy the Resort.
So they put us in a fairly nice room with a walk thru to another hotel room.
The door was locked so we thought cool.
Our first night was good, but the AC goes no lower then 67 and never shuts off.
So we listened to the AC all night.
Our second night was absolutely horrible.
The adjoining room with the door locked between us has a person with the TV full volume and they are a chain smoker.
We call to complain and they give us a air purifier.
The rooms are suppose to be non smoking.
The smoke keeps pouring in and we call to have someone tell the Person next door that it is a non-smoking room.
Well that didn't come to be.
We are following the rules.
This was so insane.
Management shame on you.
The next day they offer to buy us breakfast.
Follow thru with the non-smoking room rules and management needs to make sure rooms are smoke free.
Doubt if I will ever stay here again.
The pool area was nice and gambling was good but our room was smoky as hell.
We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back soon.
So I'm going to have to compare it to other casino resort hotels.
The lobby and main check in desk isn't hard to find.
Plus the walk from the lobby to the elevators isn't far from the check in desk either.
They had some super high speed stuff which was perfect for my MOBA gaming experience.
I would totally stay here again if given the chance.
Thank you so much for reading my review.
I hope this helps with your decision making experience.
Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!
We very much appreciate your excellent review and we hope to welcome you back soon.
Looking forward to our next visit.
Complimentary room for being VIP player status.
But disappointed that it was not their upgraded rooms.
We got a suite on the 21st floor.
Room was spacious but room was not a wow factor and bathroom felt outdated and dark.
We came on the weekend and spa service was not very accommodating so I ended up finding a different spa nearby for services.
Pool area is nice and updated.
Lots of options to eat.
Machine were paying out okay.
They had a comedy night that was entertaining.
As well as their tables are a bunch to choose from, but https://n-club.info/blackjack/blackjack-dealer-salary-vegas.html only thing I'm looking for is roulette!
The dealers are friendly and don't make it awkward if it's just you at the table by yourself.
The bowling alley was a nice break from spending losing my money at the casino.
Spent a few hours goofing around and bowling.
I just had to update and realize that 4 stars I left previously, did this no justice.
We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
I ended up heading up here for Valentines day weekend for my girlfriend to have a little getaway.
I ended up getting the Concierge Suite.
Rooms are great, nice beds, lovely bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave, big TV, everything great and nice new looking room Casino wasn't too big and not too much of a video poker variety.
However the machines were very loose and kept you playing.
Luckily I was able to hit a jackpot of royal flushes and walked out with an extra 3 thousand in my pocket!
Cocktail waitresses were a bummer, a reason why it's not a five star experience.
They would either a take your order and never come back b take your order and come back eons later with something completely opposite of what you ordered c completely understaffed d not even acknowledge you, walk in your areas, or walk right past you.
Which were all bummers because it seemed like I was much more sober on this trip then I'd usually be at a casino.
There are plenty of other activities to check out in this resort in which I wasn't able to but with bowling and click at this page movie theater also in here is awesome.
It's relatively close to the strip of other casinos and there's even a Walmart a few minutes away.
Great resort, enjoyed my stay there, I'd come back again!
A great experience for my first Reno trip.
I also click that they are right in the center of Reno, whether we would be heading South Reno or towards downtown, the travel time is perfect.
I felt like I was targeted because my Service Dog is not the typical breed and I felt discriminated against.
Super awesome, but once we moved out of her section to the Electric roulette tables, around 9:40pm Thursday December 5th.
If your at the casino to just gamble and have a sense of winning this is the place to be!
It was nice having a Virtual assistant text me about upgrades and the price it would be.
Also liked that you can ask for pretty card counting in blackjack game anything.
Room was nice and clean.
The checkin was pretty quick.
Now for the bad part.
I was originally only staying one night but i decided what the heck ill see if i can extend one more night for my bday.
I was glad they were able to book it and told me to come back between 11 and 1 to make sure holdem blind schedule key card works for the 2nd day.
So im out gambling pretty much all night came back to the hotel by 11 scanned my old keys so they can work on my room.
When i opened my room i noticed it was clean and all my hygiene stuff, a few clothes were gone i contacted the reservation and they said they will look into win my ever blackjack biggest />In the mean time they asked me to report what all i missed to security for a report.
I came back to security and nothing.
I was pretty upset all the things were just bought and the housekeeping just threw it away according to them.
I never recieved anything from GSR about my incident.
I definitely wont be coming back.
I can assure you these are not the standards we strive to achieve when hosting our valued guests.
A management team member will be reaching out to you shortly.
We do have some locals discounts: if you sign up for a Rewards Club Card, we do send offers with discounted hotel rates to our locals, and our Spa offers 25% off Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays.
Our Pool also offers a locals discount during the "off season", and our Grand Buffet offers a a 20% discount to locals with a Players Club Card.
We hope to welcome you back in the future so that you can take advantage of some of these locals offers and we have the opportunity to show you Grand Service!
