By Emily Wicklund For the fourth year in-a-row, Cor Blackjack powersports travelled to Blackjack Ski Resort in Bessemer, Michigan, this time for Round 3 of the 2019 MESC series.
Hillcross There was little predictability in the Hillcross discipline with a healthy variety of riders rose to the top in each class.
In the Sport 900 Stock, Alex Gillespie was victorious.
In Sport 900 Stock, Derick Krug went 1 and 1 in his heat but falling short in the final to Jori Hughes.
In Pro 600 Mod, Mitchell Gross swept his heats and won the final.
The Junior 10-15 class was very competitive with the title up in the air.
Addison Bourdages took the win with Brayden Nelson coming in behind her.
In Pro 900 Stock, Taylor Cole swept his heats and took proboat blackjack win in the final with Seth Engel in 2nd.
The Schoolboy classes was very competitive with a LCQ and final.
Chance Ogle won the LCQ with Evan Peppel and Marshall Busse also transferring to the final.
Matt Lamourea went 1 and 1 in his heats and easily took the win in the Schoolboy final.
Tommy Coon came in blackjack powersports and Cade Chouinard in 3rd.
Matt Lamourea also went 1 and 1 in the Sport 600 Stock class and winning the final.
Tommy Coon and Cade Chouinard again came in 2nd and 3rd.
The Pro 600 Stock class was a battle each heat.
Dalton Halvorson and Mitchell Gross both won a heat with Taylor Cole going 3 and 2.
Gross ended up taking home the win with Taylor Cole taking 2nd and Dalton Halvorson in 3rd.
Seth Engle took the Vet 30+ class with Michael Neeley and Chad Breaw behind blackjack powersports />Jori Hughes won the Sport 900 Mod class with Mitchell Gross winning Open and Addison Bourdages winning the Womens class.
Hill Climb Andrew Knoll took the win in the Sport 600 Mod class with a quick time of 48.
Knoll also won the Pro 600 Stock class with a 47.
In Pro 900 Mod, Travis Kaurala was a little faster with a 48.
He also won the open class with an even better 48.
Josh Walby won Sport 900 Stock with a 53.
Makenna Kleiman took home the win in the Schoolboy class with a 50.
Addison Bourdages won the Junior 10-15 class with a 50.
Pro 900 Stock was won by Andrew Michels with a 52.
Andrew Knoll won the competitive Sport 600 Stock class with a 48.
Jamie Smart was the lone Vet 30 class and took home the win.
Andrew Knoll was quick all day and took home the Stock King title this weekend.
Travis Kaurala was able to take home the Mod King title.
Cross Country Sunday brought out riders from all disciplines of racing to give the cross country style a try.
Most riders being USXC riders, with a few snocross riders, and even an ice oval racer.
In the Sport Factory 600 class Kyle Sand took home the win with Nick Van Lyssel in billy cd and Joseph Matthias in 3rd.
Michael Neeley took the win in on blackjack facebook extreme Vet 30+ class with Seth Engel in 2nd and Jamie Smart in 3rd.
A couple more cross country riders got ahold of some vintage sleds and took on the slopes.
Dan Revering pictured took home the win with Dustin Schwandt in 2nd.
Unfortunately, Dillian Dohrn had a mechanical while leading.
In the Junior 10-13 class, Brayden Nelson took home the win with JT Morris in 2nd and Reece Morris in 3rd.
Tyler Norine won the Click at this page 14-15 class with Anakin Bosek behind him.
Makenna Kleiman was the lone finisher in the Womens class after Addison Bourdages had an off and Becca Minning ending in a DNF.
Paul Brown has been fast all winter and took the win in the Semi Pro Factory 600 class.

The Factory Pro 600 class was really competitive between Schwandt, Dohrn, and Revering the first few laps.
Dustin Schwandt ended with the win with Andrew Michels in 2nd.
Dillian Dohrn had a mechanical issue with a couple laps to go and got the 3rd place medal.
Dan Revering had a nasty off a few laps in which resulted in a season ending shoulder dislocation.
Matt LaMourea dominated the Sport Stock class by winning by 43 seconds.
Luke Can Lyssel came in 2nd with Tommy Coon taking 3rd.
LaMourea also won the Semi Pro Stock class by over a minute with Dalton Halvorson taking 2nd and Marshall Busse rounding out the podium.
In the trail class, Alex Gillespie was victorious with Maverick Paulson and Nicholas Langenhahn in beind him.
Dillian Dohrn won the open class with Austin Dohse in 2nd.
John Arneson took home the win in the Pro AM 30+ class blackjack powersports Luke Van Lyssel winning the Sport Improved class.
Tommy Coon won the Schoolboy class with Chance Ogle and Maverick Paulson rounding out the podium.
Jamie Smart took the win in the Master 40+ class with Jeff Morris and Andy Tijan in 2nd and 3rd.

Ice Oval Pro Champ rider Colt Dellandrea came out to Blackjack to try out some cross country racing.
He was able to snag a 2nd place finish in the Pro Stock class with Dustin Schwandt behind him.
